A few points for you noobies out there:

Forget the gun. The most important piece of paintball equipment you will ever buy is your goggles . They protect your face from a supersonic paintball ( not really ) but they do go fast enough to do some real damage to your face!! GET A GOGGLE SYSTEM!

Next comes the fun part. Buying your first gun.Do not purchase a tournament level gun right out of the blocks unless you have money to burn!!!! Most newbies that do, end up spending more time working on it than playing (because they don't know how to care for it and they break it or get it so gooped up that it doesn't work right). Get a decend semi-auto such as a PMI traccer ( The gun I currently own) You can really mod it and trick it out. Check out the traccer review at www.pbreview.com

These tips are just scratching the surface for you noobs, so visit the Noob Page for more info, tactics, rules, and other stuff you should learn about.

Another question that is asked is what to wear??

If you play in woodsy areas, obviously wear some cammies. You don't have to, but it makes you less visible and also it just makes the whole experience way more fun. Snipers can go even further and make their own guille suit. This is almost like a cammie blanket thingy that covers your body & helps conceal yourself. Very useful for you snipers out there! You can learn how to make your own guille suit at the Homemade Mods Page. And still more about sniper stuff, tactics, guns, upgrades and sights in the Sniper's Corner.
